Website Links Don't Work

Good morning, I have a website that works without problem: https://40140975.servicio-online.net/fal-seguridad/

Designed with the template: shaper_hope
As it is in joomla 3, I made a copy of the content and database in another site to update it to joomla 4, in case there are problems I prefer to do it in another site, possibly the web that remains in the new hosting and there it will point the domain when everything be ok.
The problem I have is that everything seems to be fine, but no web links work, only the cover.
I don't know if you have to touch something in the configuration, but I have done this with other websites and they have worked without problem.
I have also tried to do it with Ackeeba Backup and the same thing happens.
Do you know what it can be about? Is it template problem?
When you click anywhere you get the following error: Sorry, this page does not exist
What can be done to fix it?
Has something like this happened to you before?
If you could tell me how to fix it I would be grateful.

Maybe you didn't update your htaccess.txt to .htaccess. Or disable the SEF from the global configuration.

Accepted AnswerPlease make sure that your htaccess.txt is .htaccess. To check the htaccess file go to the root directory from your server. Thanks

When config is (Joomla 4.1.0): shaper_helixultimate 2.0.5 (Template) and Helix Ultimate Framework 2.0.6 (Plugin) everything works fine
After Update to shaper_helixultimate 2.0.7 (Template) and Helix Ultimate Framework 2.0.7 (Plugin) and put URL Rewrite "On" the SEO friendly URLs put error "Not found" and frontend editing won’t work with the same error.
