Front End Editor is Spinning

Hi, I just purchased and installed SP Pagebuilder on a Joomla 3.10.6 website, but the Front-end is hanging. Rotating logo. Also in the Admin the TABS are not serving Content nor a TAB. I use Joomla 3.10.6 Need some help! Milian
