Changing URL For Donate Button In Hope Template

I'm having an issue in modifying the url in the Hope donate module which displays in the upper right corner.
I've created a link to a donate page in a hidden menu, so I have a url established.
I've tried going to Site modules -> donate module -> Click edit in the Button group addon.
This brings up an edit popup with an item for the donate button. If I click the settings for the button, I come to a Joomla module display with no option other than than to edit on the frontpage editor. The pagebuilder options in the module just show headings for "ADD SECTION IMPORT EXPORT PAGE TEMPLATES." Nothing else. There is no option to change the url there.
If I click to edit in the frontpage editor, the editor loads. If I click on the donate button there, nothing happens. The options never load for that module.
I just need to change the url from "#" to the actual donate page, but I can't find a way to do that.

Accepted AnswerYes, as it was the url was set to "#." It did nothing when I clicked it. I did change the url in the database through PHPadmin, but there should be an easier way to do it should there?
Also, this site is set up to use Joomla's multi-lingual features. I have the off canvas menu set for the default language, but I can't see to set it for the secondary language

Accepted AnswerActually, I take that back. For the default language, the donate button still has "#" as the url. The secondary language does have the url in the donate button.

The front end editor wouldn't load while I had the screen recording on, but as you can see in the video above, nothing happens if I click to edit the donate module. If I click on front end editor, I can't edit it there either as you can see in the video below.
