When editing pages blocks and layouts section are empty

Hello,

When editing pages with SP Page builder, Blocks and Layouts section of the editor are empty. There are just spining "one moment please" icons showing, this lasts for ever.

I tried to reinstall joomla and sp spage builder with not luck. I verified that all the important directories are writable, no luck either. I have checked the license key, it's all fine as well...

Can you please let me know what I should do to resolve this ?

Thank you, that was the "allow_url_fopen" that was not activated on the server...
