Customised The Appearance Of Menu/submenus

Hello,
I went through the "menu" section of the Helix Ultimate 2 documentation but didn't find how to customise submenu appearance. As an exemple I would like to achieve something like that (submenu) : https://gastrogeb.ch
Is there a place in helix template where I can specify submenu elements background, shape, paddigns, margin... ?

Use tips from Helix Ultimate 1.x they should still works, yes custom CSS is needed. Section "FAQ & How To Do" > "How to highlight submenu items" and below....
