[Locked] Main Menu Problems With Top Menu If Submenus Exists

Hi team,

within main menu I cannot open the top menu if submenus exist. If there is only the top menu without submenus it works. But this has only started happening recently. Perhaps it has something to do with the latest Joomla update (5.3.2).

Any idea how to solve this problem.

Warm regards Bernhard

Hello Bernhard,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please try reinstalling the Helix Ultimate Plugin file by downloading a fresh copy and installing it again. Once done, clear both your Joomla and browser cache.

I hope this resolves the issue.

Best regards,

I also recommend:

  1. Disable Mobile [=] menu from Desktop view, it makes only confusion for older people. In Template Options > Menu

  2. Disable JCH_Optiomize compression for testing period (a hour).

  3. And Yes, download and install Helix template again.

Hi Ziaul, Paul,

problem solved. Reinstalling Helix Ultimate and it works again. JCH Optimize could no be the troublemaker. Tested it before (disabled completely, but menu problems were still there).

Thanks for your help - Bernhard
