Main Menus In Shaper Helix Ultimate Show Up In Desktop But Not On Mobile Unit

Hello,

I am using shaper_helix_ultimate as my default template in my Joomla 3.9 website. While the main menu navigation menus are displayed on the frontend of the desktop, these menus do not show up in my ipod Touch. Any suggestions? I am supplying you my backend information below and my contact info at the "Hidden Content" below. Please acknowledge receipt of this message for tech support. Thank you.
