SP-pagebuider not working in Joomla 3.10.6

HI, On 08-03 I send a Form to joomshaper that the SP-pgebuilder is hanging in the Front-end on Joomla 3.10.5. I never received an answer! Earlier one of your colleague chat to me that SP pagemaker is working in Joomla 3. This is verry frustrating because all of my clients have still Joomla 3.x On Joomla 4 SP-pagebuilder is working fine. But that are not yet Live sites. As a new cutomer with an Agency licence hoe I get now an answer? Better a solution.

I have send earlier Admin right for you but you never react.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please check with the Joomla Protostar Template and if it works fine then you need contact your template provider to make compatible with the page builder. Or please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? I will check & get back to you soon.

Hi Toufiq,
I did change to Protostar Template but SP builder is still hanging in the front-end.
Now Robyn - Standaard for Joomla 4.x is active.
I have different SD-builder websites in Joomla 3. They all hang in the front.
Hope this information helps. I think it is not related to template but more Joomla 3 or PHP 7.x
