Please check with the Joomla Protostar Template and if it works fine then you need contact your template provider to make compatible with the page builder. Hi Toufiq, I did change to Protostar Template but SP builder is still hanging in the front-end. Now Robyn - Standaard for Joomla 4.x is active. I have different SD-builder websites in Joomla 3. They all hang in the front. Hope this information helps. I think it is not related to template but more Joomla 3 or PHP 7.x
