I have just tried the quickstart at my end and all looks good. Here is a screenshot below:

And I have logged in to your admin area also, and tried to create test menu items and test property in soliders component. Only the single property menu item has this issue as I can see now.

However, I have also noticed you are using PHP version 7.4.23 https://prnt.sc/CSYeYCuBU2Bi

Would you please lower your PHP version and then clear your Joomla and browser cache to check if this helps?

If it doesn't help, is it possible for you to let me know what you have done recently when all was working? That would be helpful for me to find out the issue.

As a final step, you may try to remove this installation totally and reinstall the quickstart of the template if there is not so many changes done by you already.

Hi Rashida, thanks once again for helping out, well i had to re-install the quickstart afresh and after updating joomla i noticed an error again, so it's obviously an update / compartibility issue! can your developers work on updating the resort template please? because if i must use resort template it means i must not update joomla, unfortutanately, when i attempted to use an alternative template (Travus) i discovered that Travus does not allow Naira Currency (Nigerian Currency), also it doesn't support many other payment gateways, like stripe, 2checkout etc. so i cannot use Travus as an alternative, this is really sad!

I had updated my Joomla version to 3.10 and Resort template is working with this version as well at my end.

However, did you tried to lower your PHP version, please?

Yes, before the template get an compatibility update for new helix versions and the Joomla 4 as well, it is not recommended to update the system plugin of the Helix3.
