Hi I see that when the resolution is up than looks like I send you in my link. When the resolution is down looks black.

Yes, you can but did you see my last comment? As you previously said you want a background image on the footer. I gave you a screenshot. Did you see that? Do you want your footer like that? Please let me know.

No it will be ok if is just black in all resolutions.

PS. if this will be changed automatically in a specific resolution how I can change the image myself? Or where I can change that? I couldn't find it.

If you want to change that, then you have to use some custom CSS on that as there is no deafult option like this.
