Off Canvas Menu

The off canvas menu is not appearing correctly.

In tablet view it does list all menu items but some appear side by side. In mobile view it shows a hamburger (an off canvas menu within an off canvas menu!)

Joomla 4.1 PHP 8.0.16 Ultimate 2.0.7 Page Builder Pro 3.8.5

Settings all look correct. Cache cleared etc.

Any clues? Thanks
