How To Make Addon-sticky In A 2 Column Row?

I have a page consisting of 1 row with 2 columns ( row '3+9 ').

In the first column ('col-3') I have one short addon In the second column ('col-9') I have many addons below each other

I want the addon in 'col-3' to stay sticky when the user scrolls down & up to see all the content (of 'col-9').

How do I realize that?
