Hi, After duplicating Jommla modules I get the following message: "Incorrect integer value: '' for column joomla_db_02.ukf65_sppagebuilder.access at row 1". I'm not a professional, so I experimented a little. If I disable the plugin "System-SP Page Builder", I can duplicate the modules without this error message. Do you have an Idea?

In the meantime, I've tested various installations, both on the web server and on my own server. Step 1: Install Joomla; step 2: Install Helix Ultimate, including the plugin. So far, everything worked without any errors. Only after I installed the SP Page Builder in step 3 did the error message reappear after copying a module. Now I'm trying to work with Bootstrap alone on my local installation. There's just more for me to learn. Many thanks an regards

Great.

Is there anything else that I can assist with?

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

To update the database structure, please navigate to System > Maintenance > Database, and click on SP Page Builder Fix (if available) to apply the database structure updates.

If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to let us know!

Best regards,

When I navigate to System > Maintenance > Database it says "All database table structures are up to date." Nevertheless I update the structure. After copying a Joomla-Module again, I still get this error message.

Apologizes for the delay response. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best,
