Hello Murugappan Ramanathan,

Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.

You have taken an inner row inside the main row and this is why it is very small to work on. You can either connect a 4K monitor and use it. Or there are other two ways.

  1. Use frontend editor to work on the addon.

  1. Zoom out your browser window and then edit the addon.

Best regards

Of course it will not be there. Our system will purge the site once it is not used. How do you expect it to be there when you do not respond for ages???? We have security policy that when i give you access and you do not use it, it will expose the site to vulnerability.

Anyway i have recreated the site (see hidden). The problem is in the "Test" article.

Ayio, you do not seem to read the replies. I already stated this: The problem is in the "Test" article. Do i need to come to Bangladesh and show you? The amount time i have wasted waiting for an answer.

What you mean is there are design flaws in SPPB which we have to a work around. Your developer should provide a zoom out on that column when we click the column.

I have talked with the team to improve the design on the backend editor. The team will work on this. In the meantime, for this type of situations, please use Frontend Editor.
