Hi

First you have to make sure that you have SP Page builder Pro. After that you have to active it.Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.Your License Key is located in your Dashboard. Then Clear Joomla and Browser cache and check.

-Regards.

Please try one thing,

Disable mod_security from your hosting. And let me know is this working or not.

Ronny, please read tip #12 from: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/troubleshooting#i-cannot-load-page-templates-and-or-sections-library-or-use-front-end-editor-span-class-h4-br-span

Those resourses are loaded from our server, and somehow it's locked on your side, not ours.

Paul,

I have tried tip#12. It is still present. Having said that, when I deploy a brand new Docker container (unmodified in any way whatsoever), page templates loads perfectly. It is the official Joomla container YML from GitOps.

The next test, was I took a backup and deployed it on said new Joomla Docker container and the error returns, whereas it was not there when it was a "virgin" install and prior to retoring the Akeeba backup.

This leads me to believe that it's a configuration issue in SP. Can you please feel free to go into the site to see for yourself? and may be you can produce a fix once and for all?

I've prepared a short video to show you what the console is saying.

Here are two videos.

  1. Deploying a new Joomla instance in Docker. https://recordit.co/4RHVyPsczh

  2. Installing SP in said new Joomla install http://recordit.co/lQElZRv0W2

As reported, a brand new install of Joomla + SP works prefectly.
