Hello...

I am encountering an issue where, after updating Joomla to 6.1.3 and SP Builder on the Nexio template, some sections of the site disappear.

I have just performed the installation and update.

Can you help me get it working just like the template demo?...

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us, and I apologize for the inconvenience.

I understand that after updating Joomla to 6.1.3 and SP Page Builder on the Nexio template, some sections of the website are no longer displaying as expected.

I would be happy to investigate the issue and check the template configuration to help restore the website so that it works as closely as possible to the template demo.

To investigate this properly, please provide FTP access (or SFTP access) to the website files, along with the necessary server access details. This will allow me to inspect the template files, SP Page Builder assets, and any related errors that may be causing the sections to disappear.

Please make sure you have a recent backup of the website before providing access.

Once I have the access details, I can investigate the issue further and identify what is preventing the sections from displaying correctly.

Best regards

Unfortunately, for some reason, I’m unable to access the FTP using the credentials provided.

Could you please try one thing to see if it resolves the issue? In the root directory of the website, there should be a file named htaccess.txt. Please rename it to .htaccess.

Hopefully, this will resolve the issue. Once you’ve done this, please let me know if the problem persists.

Thanks a lot Atick

It's working now; that was the issue...

I usually rename the htaccess.txt file to .htaccess manually after installing a new template, but with these new installations, the .htaccess file was already set up, so I didn't move it or do anything manually.

This means that for these new installations, the file needs to be renamed manually.

You’re very welcome, and I’m glad to hear that it’s working now.

Just to clarify, the existing .htaccess file you found was not provided or created by us. It is automatically generated/configured by your hosting server.

Normally, when setting up a new Joomla installation, you may need to rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess manually if the file has not already been created. In your case, the server had already created an .htaccess file, which is why no manual action was initially required.

Please marked the issue as solved
