One Page template does not work correctly after updating Joomla from 3 to 5, Helix3, SP Page Builder.

Hello, Joomshaper team!

My site was hacked, and I found a similar request and response on your forum.

I followed all the update recommendations , https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/45671
but now my template https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/onepage isn't working properly. The slider and menu are missing. Please help me figure this out and fix it.

Hi Rashida,

Thank you for your response.

I apologize that the website was unavailable when you tried to access it.

The issue was caused by our domain provider. Following a recent missile attack on a data center, they had to migrate their DNS servers, which resulted in our website's IP address changing. Because of this, the domain temporarily did not resolve correctly.

I have now updated the configuration, and the website is available again. You should be able to access it without any issues and review its current behavior.

I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry for the experience you’ve had so far.

To look into this issue more closely, could you please share temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.

Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.

Note: Please share information with screenshot about how was the appearance before.
