The problem is back again... Cleared every possible cache and this time the problem persists.

But i am also getting complaint about the menu now showing on mobile. I cant' figure out if this is a css issue or something is not configured properly in menus. I can't help to wonder if the french frontpage editor issue and the mobile menu issue are related.

I seriously need help figuring this one out
