How to show vertical dividers for Desktop and horizontal for both Tablet and Mobile sizes?

When i change the toggle switch for vertical/horizontal Dividers it changes globally for all three screen sizes (desktop, tablet & mobile)

Please check your page now. I have duplicated the addon, changed to vertical and make it to show only for desktop.
