as I mentioned earlier I have the same issue. The license key has been inserted properly, nothing has changed on my environment. However, I have the same issue that the templates cannot be found. I guess something on your side has changed, because other users have the same issue.

License Key - ok, mod_security - off. Problem still exist, checked on few different domains.

also on my side, mod_security = off, and license key is fine, but the problem is still there
