Hello, I will like to suggest a feature that will speed up and improve customer service. I have used your products for many years, but a significant improvement would be that the demo pages of your template offerings offer a way where clients can log in and see how your templates are configured in the front and backend live. This feature will probably answer over half of all the questions on the forum and speed up setting up a sites for clients. Love your products, and thank you!

But you can install Quickstart and check on your own server.

Maybe it will not reduce questions, most of them are how to do something, how to customize or somthing is not working right, or "urgent" site is not working (guess why). But thanks for idea.

In template documenation I try to always add few tips how header, bottom was made to help users.

Plus... I have extra idea.

I understand that I can install a quick start and see the settings, but the idea behing buying a template is conveniece, pricing, and speed. The time I spend trying to find out how your product works affects both our bottom lines, servicing our customers, and delays other projects. The time you spend answering small details of settings delays customer service for people that really need it in your forum. Also, installing a whole quickstart template for troubleshooting sites can lead to more significant problems like space issues and security problems in shared hosting environments if the person using it has limited knowledge. These days simple details like this one can make, or break a company. Your customer service is fantastic, and this feature will make a difference and benefit both your clients and your customer service staff. Thanks!

Not if you would use localhost. But I agree for some webmaster even changing favicon file is a black magic skills. I had example today, oh.

My idea was to create tutorial videos with most important areas for new templates.

But as @Mehtaz said we already shared your idea (thanks again) to UP.

Great. The only tutorials that I have found helpful and to the point are from this youtuber Arun Sasi https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKqyQF-xIvU They are short, informational and to the point. Thanks for your time. Too bad he has not made any for a year. I also wish you will make a Wordpress version of your builder.

I asked him, but said no time. Now is focused on Yoga. That is more healthy than sitting next to the screens as we doing right now.

But I'll ask him again. Maybe leave him a comment under video.
