Articles Scroller Speed

How do I adjust the speed of the Articles scroller? I have 4 things showing and I want it to rest longer so the user can read the 4 things before it moves to next wet of 4. Option in the edit area doesn't affect that at all.

This setting is working. Please try this and after saving the changes, clear Joomla cache and Browser's cache. Screenshot_569.png

I did that. I also tried just turning off the autoplay and it wouldn't turn off.
