Hello,
after updating to the latest version SP PageBuilder 3.6.8 a message appears in the maintance area that a database update is needed. After clicking on the "Update SP PageBuilder Database" button, various database entries are shown as done, unfortunately the database update prompt reappears after the next login.
What to do?

Apologies for the inconvenience.
Can you kindly ty the following?
Download the zip file maintenannce.zip There are two files in there.
Replace the administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/helpers/maintenance.php file with the maintenance.php file from the zip.
Replace the administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/sql/install/mysql/install.mysql.utf8.sql file with the install.mysql.utf8.sql from the zip.
