Manual update to SP Pagebuilder 6.10 gives error message, but without text

When I manually install the update to SP Pagebuilder 6.10 Pro, I expect that I get a message that states that the update is installed ok. I now get a red error bar. But with no text in it. The update is not installed. When I try the automatic install I get the usual error message:
danger"Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&package=release&id=10400&joomshaper_email=<<MY EMAIL>>&joomshaper_license_key=<<VALID LICENCE KEY>>

It looks as if the update package is not correct.

Tried it on an other site same result. Again a red bar with no text why the update was not succesfull.

Hi Pierre,

The package is OK, so it must be something else that caused the problem. By now, please download the ZIP from the download section ( https://www.joomshaper.com/account/downloads ). Then click on the file name to see the folders and files inside. The file size is (should be) 6MB. If all is OK, then install it; it will update the extension.

Extensions > Install > Upload & Install Joomla Extension

Tomorrow (Monday), I will be able to ask why it may happen.

BTW

Make sure that you have an active Pro subscription/license and the correct email address and license key entered under SP Page Builder → Settings → License & Update.

Thank you for your reply. Turns out licence key was the problem.
It would have helped if there was a clear error message statign that. Regards, Pierre
