Templates - Styles - Tab "layout" Doesn´t Work

Hi guys,
I just found out if I make changes to extensions - template - styles - shaper_finance Default - the tab "layout" is not editable or everything can be edited but it is not displayed correctly on the page (e.g. want to change the width of a column or hide something on mobile, the page does not respond). not even if I clear the cache. the pagebuilder itself works.
Does anyone have an idea?

for example if i want to hide the row heading on the tablet. the change is not displayed, watch link.
