Mirror Image Layout Addon

Is it possible to mirror (reverse the photo/image and text)? Currently the Image Layout Addon only allows the photo/image to be on the left side. I don't see any place to reverse the layout.
Of course, creating the effect manually is an option. Thanks.

Thank you for your query.
Kindly check the screenshot below. You can select the order of image and text. Higher order of image and lower order of text will set the text on left and image on right.
