I will check, in most cases it's very easy to fix by module or template settings. I will let you know.

OK, I found.

You forgot to set Menu module to "offcanvas" position.
You had those modules in "position7" which is not used as mobile menu !!

and yes, it was described in helix documenation.

thank you. But

1. i cant access the submenue items as you can see here https://imgur.com/a/xRwo1JX
2. And the order of the menue-items is not similar to the desktop version (didnd see where to reorder this)
3. When i open the mobile menue, i see first just the word Megamenu, can i hide this and show directly the menue items? https://imgur.com/a/NpzmDq0

How can i fix that?
