There should be a menu module published on footer 1 position.

HI Nope there is no footer menu. The items are hidden menus and I can't see any link as to why they would appear there.

As I said, you have a menu module published in footer 1 position:

And the menu chosen there is the Hidden menu. So you can edit menu items within the hidden menu if you want changes.
