I no longer see PageBuilder in the backend Admin menu (Joomla 4) after upgrading to Pagebuilder 3.8.6. Hpwever, I can still access PageBuilder if I go directly to https://XXXXX.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=pages.

Which menu you are talking about, please? Would you please check if you have SP Page Builder within your component menu in the Joomla backend?

That is the problem - Page Builder is not listed in the Component menu in the Joomla backend. It is installed, but can only be accessed by entering this address in the URL bar: https://XXXXX.org/administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&view=pages.

Sorry for the delayed response.
Do you have a full backup of your site? If yes, Can you try to reinstall the SP Page Builder pro there? Sometimes easy steps makes things fixed:)

I tried reinstalling PageBuilder Pro several times, it did not work.
