Broken Slideshow After Pagebuilder 5 Upgrade

Good Afternoon,

We upgraded a few of our websites from Pagebuilder 3 to Pagebuilder 5 and in both instances the existing slideshows on their homepages have dissappeared. I have cleared website cache and tested on multiple devices. On some devices the slideshow loads and other devices it does not. Our clients are urgently requesting a resolution to this issue. The websites that are experiencing this problem are: https://www.oldtappan.net/ and https://bernards.org/

We have noticed on the Bernards website that the slideshow will appear when we decrease the width of the browser and then expand it back out. The slideshow is always visible when viewing the websites from a phone. However, there are no responsiveness settings in place that should ever hide the slideshow, no matter which device it is being viewed from.

The slideshow add-on is visible in the back-end editor but not the front-end editor.

When we drag a new slideshow onto the page, the same issue persists.

Please advise at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve attached a file containing two recorded videos. You can review them for the two sites. From my side, the slideshow appears to be working fine. I’ve checked your site on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.

Please let me know the specific issues you’re experiencing. You can also share screenshots for clarity.

Good Morning,

I have confirmed that my browser is up-to-date and I have also tested in google chrome, safari and firefox. I have also cleared my browser's cache. That does not resolve the issue we are experiencing.

Could you please check the site on a Mac device? I’ve tested it on my Mac and didn’t encounter any issues. Additionally, if you can provide me with the specific locations you are testing from, I will try changing the location on my end to further investigate.
