OpenMaps Only Works With Satellite And That is All (Empire Template)

We are using the Empire Tempalte and using OpenMaps, but it only shows a grey screen with markers except it works only with Satelite and that is all. It won't show street views.
I am good with PHP and MySQL if you could direct me to the problem.
We have Joomla 3.9.14 & PHP 7.3
We have a MapBox API Token the public one & we also tried to make our own but it still doesn't work.

with this code
