Frontend Editor does Not Work (only Works By Switching Templates)

I ran into an issue with SP Page Builder. I was not able to access frontend editor anymore and after going thru your troubleshoot page i foudn out that the problem seems to be with the template. im currenlty am using helix ultimate and evrythjing is upto date. can you guys help me find a solution so i wont have to switch templates. thank you.
