Vertical Alignment Of Text Blocks Only Fits In Frontend Editor

I use Helix Ultimate Template 2.2.3 and SP Page Builder 6.2.2 and have problems with the vertical alignment of text blocks. In a row there is 1 Text Block and 1 icon for a Modal Popup that should have a centered vertical alignment. I have enabled "Column Alignment" in the settings of the row and the "middle" icon under "Content Alignment". The Text Block and the Modal Popup have 0px for Padding and Margin at Top and Bottom. Inside the Frontend Editor the vertical alignment is as expected perfectly centered. But outside the Frontend Editor the bottom margin becomes a little bit greater:
It seems that the Text Block has some kind of "hidden margin" below, because the text between 2 dividers has also a greater bottom margin than the top margin. How can I fix this within the Page Builder GUI? Thanks in advance! Michael

You have to scroll a little bit down, then you will see the section that is also shown in the screenshot. Please don't be confused, the remaining part of this page is just a list of Page Builder addons. I'm rebuilding my site and I'm still checking, which addons I could use. Regards Michael
