2nd UPDATE: now the editing mode seems to work, but if you try to modify the sections (the column in example), all the blocks in the page disappear.

UPDATE: now the builder shows a withe page in editing mode.

Hi,

is there a known problem with the builder today? Because something works and somethnig not.

When you are editing a page, suddenly all the blocks disappeared and I have to exit the frontend editing without saving the page and rebuild everything.

Sometimes it is impossible to drag n drop block in the page.

What is happening?

Good afternoon here!

Sorry for taking long time. I have found the issue. It is System - JA Google Map plugin. After I disable the plugin, then I can edit the Tech page. Currently, this plugin is disabled.

By the way we still see a white page in editing mode. I dont know why. I've tried to erase the server cache too but nothing. I've shared the link (tech page > frontend editing) in the hidden content. I hope you can help understand what's happening

Apology for the delay. I need further investigation. It could be related to your server. Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

Hi Ofi,

could you please tell me which options of the server could interfere with the development with the builder? Sprry but I can't share a backup copy of the website, I can set a SuperAdmin account for you (as we did) and let you do your work on our installation...moreover I think you could identify the problem faster if you try our experience, I mean, if you work on our server.

Some further info: the website you are checking, is hosted by Siteground (maybe there are problems already known with this farm...?)

We can't work with this tool since days, I hopw we can find a solution.

Is that ok? Could you continue checking the website on our installation?

I've just made a test and something works, something don't.

I was able to modify an exisisting block in the page, but I was not able to add a new one. And sometimes when I try to add something new to the page, the page looses all the published blocks.
