Error While Updating In Joomla

Hi,

When I want to update in Joomla I get below error message:

Error Failed to extract file: com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.6.zip

Any thoughts on how to fix that?

Are you able to install FREE version of Akeeba Tools component? - it has "Fix Permission" tool (button).

If not, please correct rights or path to those two folders (link below, scroll down to see marked as red). Use FTP tool. This task on your hands. Beyond free Joomshaper support, as you see 100% Joomla problem.

Hoi,

Are you able to install any other Joomla extension (~3MB), please try.

Above file is 100% OK if it's not corrupted during download. It should have 2,6 MB.

Other installs are no problem. I now encounter below error message while installing.

Warning Joomla\CMS\Filesystem\Folder::create: Infinite loop detected. Warning: Failed to move file: [TMP]/phppRZnzB to /home/httpdocs[TMP]/com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.6.zip

I saw that you have update path problem with all extensions. So it seems to be folder rights problem,
