Apologies for the inconvenience. If you are using any third party extensions, did you check if all were compatible with Joomla 4? At least one of them may have issues.

thank you for your support. I had to deinstall all third party extensions exept SP Page Builder and SP Portfolio. And I'm affraid, SP-Portfolio is the problem.

None of the answers were helpful, no extension was marked as "critical" before the update to version 4, only SP-Page Builder was marked as "unknown". The update went through without any problems, only the Joomshaper product SP-Portfolio does not work.

Does this message:

mean that you cannot update from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 if SP Page Builder is installed?

Please make sure all the components are up to date, including the template.

Yes, you can update to Joomla 4 even if you would see any warnings for SPPB system plugins from Joomla Tester - you can ignore them and follow the upgrade steps. Of course, we recommend doing a full backup before.

Joomla 3.10 update says:

"nothing to do".

Everything is working fine except "SP Simple Portfolio"

I saw, Ofi Khan fixed the same problem here: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/9983 why he can't do it in my case?
