Error When Updating Joomla To Version 5.4.0

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble updating Joomla to the latest version 5.4.0. Joomla updates, but something strange is happening in the site's admin panel. It seems like the engine version is constantly being checked, and this process is stuck in a loop. Consequently, I can't change anything in the admin panel or access any of the settings tabs. The site itself works externally, and there are no errors. How can I solve this problem? I made a video of the problem. P.S. Of course, I updated all components to the latest versions before updating the engine.
