Hi, Template REVIBE I want to take the .section in the top over the menu on load and be accessible when scroll on top

I have a copy off the template in same site can I ad the section addon here? and what is the code for the section addon

I want to have the same effect I have on : https://casinomobilerm.com

The page load and the thum slider fill the screen by offsetting to scroll down and hide the menu. If you scroll back the menu appear.

The page I want with the same effect is : https://casinomobilerm.com/visite It is with a new template and I what the custom css code to do it in this page, the was put a long time ago by one of your partner.
