Cannot Edit Or Manage Articles On Template Eventum

I am working with this template, and I was trying to edit the standard articles include on template, on item blog, but I cannot manage them.
When I try to see the list of articles, I receve this error: https://prnt.sc/1ZOVnO6EwwE6
I can see articles on frontoffice, but cannot see them on backoffice
The site is on : http://gen1.siaservices.es/
Additional info: I have installed now the quickstart pack again in http:gen3.siaservices.es and before any change on site, this error also happens. That means the problem is on the quickstart pack, I believe

Apologies for your inconvenience. This can be a Joomla database issue, not our template issue.
Could you kindly try the following?
In your Joomla, Go to Extensions -> Manage -> Database. Now you can see the listed errors in your database. Go and click on the Fix button at the top. You can then wait to see the problem get fixed.
