Add on not working

I am using a template in joomla 3.10.8 and have a licensed copy of SP Page Builder Pro.

I am trying to add a new add-on (UI Slideshow) which is showing under the ategory JollyAny in the add on list. I can add the addon however, its how showing as per attributes selected in the UI Slider addon. Basically the css is not loaded for that add on.

I confirm that jollyany add-on plugin is installed and enbled.

Please suggest

Hi,

Please contact with UI Slider addon developer, we cannot support not our code.
If you bought legally package from them you should have access to tickets / forum support / contact form.

Here we support only SPPB built-in addons.
