SP Page Builder with Helix Ultimate 2 Template

I have the problem that included Pictures in a Page with Page Builder on mac os and ios Systems shows a grey rectangle. The browser makes no difference. On Windows Systems is no Problem.
SP Pagebuilder Version Pro is Version 3.8.6
Helix Ultimate Template is Version 2.0.8
Joomla is Version 4.1.3
Is this a known Problem?

I think your webp image has problem. Will you please provide me the Joomla administrator access to check the issue? Previous access doesn't work. Thanks

I tryed als image-types, .jpg, .png and last *.webp, I had with all images the same Problem.

Yes, The lazy load doesn't working on safari browser. Initial solution is disable the lazy load. We will fix it as soon as possible. Please check now. Thanks
