If you use JS Compression from Helix Ultimate - yes, there is option to disable files. Just in field "Exclude Javascript Files" put file name that shouldn't be compressed.

You can also use different JS compressor from extension: JCH Optimize or other

I don't know what file to exclude

And i've tried to use JCH but the backend of the plugin doesn't load...
