My last post appears to have been deleted so here we go again…
RE: "I dont know what's the issue." Is there someone there who does?
Let's recap on the 3 issues we’ve been discussing over the last 7 days.
- Widen position 1 – Newsletter sign up
Great news. Your code appears to have worked. Well done!!
.sppb-alert-warning{
word-break: break-word;
}
#column-id-1620455297351 {
width: 250px;
}
- Move “Important Link” menu items right.
Sadly, the following code you have supplied has no affect here;
@media only screen and (min-width:992px) and (max-width:1550px){
div#sp-bottom2 {
position: relative;
left: 60px;
}
}
"My Css should work." I was hoping it would, but unfortunately it does not. Is there someone on your team who is more specialised in this area?
“Even you can also insert the CSS on your desired website.” Clearly my footer does not look like the Luxyort demo, therefore, I have not received what I have paid for and am leaning on you for support in this matter.
- Make footer fonts look like the Luxyort demo.
“And for font which font do you need? Please mention I will also solve that.”
Regrettably, we’ve had no success here so far.
If you compare my footer to the Luxyort demo footer you will clearly see the difference. I want the fonts in my footer to match the fonts used in the Luxyort demo.
If points 2 and 3 are not clear would you kindly advise and I’ll clarify even further.
Again, I can only assume 2 things.
A) Your template is faulty and needs to be fixed by your coders.
B) There is something in my server set up that is breaking the layout / look.
If you are unable to diagnose and/or solve this problem, would you kindly forward this conversation onto somebody there who is able to resolve it (Perhaps those who coded the template or upper management)?
I do appreciate your efforts and thank you for you support Mehtaz but I do need these issues resolved quickly and it seems like we're going around in circles.
Kind regards,
Mike
