I am using the Luxyort template.
Usuallu in teh menu items there is a helix tab where I can load a back ground image that goes where this grey space is. (See the image)
Where do i load this image now as I am getting conflicting info on how to do this,

Which menu item it is, please? If you are talking about the title then you will find it under Page Title tab as follows:

Accepted AnswerHi, The title is not the issue. It is the IMAGE. Did you look at the screen grab earlier?

Yes, I initially checked your first screenshot and provided another screenshot indicating the background image field inside the Page Title tab of the respective menu item edit window.
After checking again, I noticed that you have already assigned an image in the background image field. However, the image filename contains a whitespace, which is causing the image not to appear properly.
Please rename the image file without any spaces (you may use underscores instead), then re-upload the image and select it again as the background image. This should resolve the issue.
