I have an some situations experenced this (as on pic.). In this peticular example I upleaded a template page from you own SP page builder. Everything stops working a its a shite.

Hi Jesper,

  1. Update SP Page Builder Pro - to last stable version 3.8.6
  2. If you have Akeeba Tools Pro installed and enabled - it may locks some files by "mistake". Read tip #4 and #5 from: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/troubleshooting
  3. Check in browser (Firefox, Chrome): Inspect > Console tab - what errors you see

On my eyes something is locking SPPB files, that's why it looks that way. SPPB code is OK otherwise you would have this same issue on all websites.
