Thank you for your patience. Actually, PHP code customization is required that we cannot provide as customization support is against our Support policy.

But, I can provide you the CSS code for this which will be applied for all of your sections margin/padding.

Please add the following css code in custom css section and reduce the padding value to your need. This css rule will be applied to all SPPB sections.

#sp-page-builder .page-content .sppb-section {
    padding: 50px 0px 50px 0px;
}

that means that it is not possible to set it Inside pagebuilder or template only per css and it is not possible to overwrite if needed for special need
