Image That Shows On Website Link Split Between The Open Graph Image And One On The SPPB Page

Hi,
The home page of https://choicebuildersgroup.com/ shows two images in the website link: https://monosnap.com/file/Yx89b1avFGC8ePgXgmLhwLFiAzdVbW
The image assigned via SPPB open graph image is this one: https://monosnap.com/file/pXxaCRxSOW9r36XBKgKH1XViALpHjy
The other image is located about half way down the page: https://monosnap.com/file/VipzA4PBhFRKH8WIErG5tuKRxIsQn1
Before assigning the open graph image, it used to show only that image that is located half way down the page: https://monosnap.com/file/mHvS2GrkTNteUQ07YEg8JJJTkV40qf
We only want the open graph image to show when sharing the URL.
What should be done to remove the other one?
