pull up an old backup i needed to move forward if i update the page builder i will have the same problem

Please go to this location: templates/shaper_opus/js and replace owl.carousel.min.js file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace.

owl.carousel.min.js.zip

Then you can update SP Page Builder without any issues.
