Error: Class "HTMLHelperHelper" Not Found

Dear Team,

whilst in development I am getting this error: Class "HTMLHelperHelper" not found after clicking on the menu link impressum on the bottem of this page: https://zusatzverdienst-kaffee.hpbdesign.de/

Could you please advice me what I can do, to solve this issue?

Ps: I hope its not a matter of reducing the PHP Version :(
