Hello!

I'm use it GWT, and I checked my site example with GTag. I always get an error message: the code is a wrong place. I put the code in the appropriate place (attached screenshot). Why I get this msg from GWT? GTag proposal, the first code put in the head top, but the template option fits in head bottom. What do you think this is the problem? Or something else?
